We offer fast STI + HIV testing for all, regardless of age or gender. We accept most major insurance plans, and if you are uninsured or underinsured, we will gladly serve you, too! All patients testing for HIV/STIs at our Inglewood location are eligible to receive incentives.

We’re located at 8601 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90003. Our normal business hours are:
Monday-Thursday 11 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Fridays 9 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Parking
To navigate directly to our parking lot by GPS, enter 354 W. Manchester Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90003 as your destination.
Parking is accessible in the Metro J Line (Silver) parking lot on the South side of Manchester, just East of the 110-freeway overpass. Pull up to the gate entrance of the fenced area and security will let you in to park.
Our Services
Testing for HIV with same-day results, testing for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia with next day results.
Treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia.
Exams from a medical provider if you are experiencing STI symptoms, including open sores, rashes, or burning/discharge from your genitals.
Starting PrEP (PrEP is a medication taken daily to prevent HIV infection; we offer a visit with a medical provider to discuss if you’re a good candidate for PrEP. If you have difficulty paying for medical care – including prescriptions – we can help.)
On-site access to emergency PEP (PEP is a medication taken within 72 hours of exposure to HIV reduce the chances of becoming HIV positive). If you have been exposed seek PEP immediately. After hours you can contact us at 310-614-9735. Alternatively, seek care at a local Emergency Room or visit one of these nearby PEP providers.
