Angela bartolome, LCSW

Hi, I’m Angela Bartolome (she/her). I’m an LCSW with nearly 15 years of experience as a practicing psychotherapist and nearly a decade as a clinical educator. I earned both my Master of Social Work (MSW) and Doctor of Education (EdD) from the University of Southern California. I bring that blend of academic depth and real-world experience into every session.

I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals across their lifespans, including those from LGBTQ+ communities and other historically marginalized individuals and identities. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for your unique lived experiences. I specialize in CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, and co-occurring disorders.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, identity exploration, or significant life transitions, I provide tailored, evidence-based support in a space that is affirming and nonjudgmental. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to walk alongside you—helping you uncover strengths, build resilience, and create a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

Reaching out is an act of strength, and I’m here to help you build on it.

Preston Lopez, LMFT

Hello and welcome,

My name is Preston Lopez (he/him). I am an LMFT and a Behavioral Health Specialist with over a decade of experience in the helping profession. I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and communities navigating systemic inequities, trauma, and life’s toughest transitions. My journey began as a caseworker and evolved into clinical therapy, remaining rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a space where their story is honored without judgment.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton and specialize in trauma-informed care with a social justice perspective. I am passionate about empowering LGBTQ+ folks and those with intersectional marginalized identities. Much of my work has focused on supporting those impacted by the justice system, economic injustice, and systemic barriers. My approach is collaborative, casual, and deeply respectful of your lived experience—because therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about honoring your resilience and fostering your growth.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me spending time with family, out on road trips, exploring national parks, or hunting for that next-best hole-in-the-wall Mexican food joint.

I'm glad you're here and, if we have the opportunity to work together, I look forward to meeting you with warmth, practicality, and a little humor along the way. Let’s figure out the next steps together.
