  • About Us
    MHF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health clinic formed in 2014 by our founder and CEO, Dr. Anthony Mills. Our mission is to connect at-risk men to comprehensive healthcare and wellness through education, collaboration, and advocacy, inspiring and empowering all men to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

    In 2024 alone, we served 14,492 patients across our three clinics in West Hollywood and South Los Angeles. Our team consists of 112 employees who share lived experiences with our clients. We have an in-house lab, pharmacy, and research departments to provide a holistic healthcare experience to our patients. Our annual budget is approximately $50 million, with 85% of that going to program costs. Our most vital programs include:

    Primary Care
    MHF has nine providers on staff across our three clinics. We proudly offer care from some of the best physicians in the country; our team is nationally renowned for our work in holistic health as well as HIV treatment and prevention.

    Rapid Results
    MHF's HIV/STI testing and treatment clinics in West Hollywood and South Los Angeles providing essential access to testing and treatment services for over 70,000 STI tests annually. RR offers on line and same-day scheduling, walk-ins, visits in 30-minute or less. Clients get instant HIV results, STI results by the next business day, and on-demand PrEP, PEP, and Doxy-PEP, all in a streamlined, tech-forward setting.

    MHF Pharmacy
    Our Pharmacy is ACHC & U RAC-accredited, and works closely with our care team to offer personalized care to MHF patients. Proceeds from our pharmacy also support our public programs.

    MHF Lab
    For all of our patients, the in-house lab at MHF provides a faster, more affordable, and more reliable means of receiving test results and blood work at minimal cost.

    PrEP/PEP
    MHF provides PrEP to over 2,500 patients annually. We also provide PrEP and PEP counseling and education to more than 5,500 patients.

    SoCal Club
    MHF's service and drop-in center for LGBTQ+ youth in South Los Angeles offering therapy,job skills, fitness, and wellness classes to 500+ uninsured, at-risk youth.

    Behavioral Health
    LGBTQ+ individuals experience significantly higher rates of depression and mental illness than their peers, making mental health services crucial. Our two behavioral health therapists provide trauma-informed support groups, and individual therapy to our patients.

    HIV Care Coordination
    MHF provides both medical and wraparound services for our 1,482 patients living with HIV. Our team provides navigation, clinic visits, mental health support, housing, medication access to all help patients thrive with dignity.
